At Corvexiqa S.A.S. ("Corvexiqa", "we", or "the Platform") we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data we collect through corvexiqa.com. This policy describes what information we obtain, how we use it and what your rights are as the data subject, in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and related regulations.
1. Data controller
Corvexiqa S.A.S., CUIT 30-71890456-2, with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through corvexiqa.com.
2. Data we collect
We may collect: (a) identification data (first name, last name, ID document, date of birth); (b) contact data (email, phone, address); (c) economic and asset information within the regulatory onboarding process; (d) technical browsing data (IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, cookies).
3. Purposes of the processing
We process your data in order to: manage your account and participation in crowdlending projects, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing), send you commercial communications when you have opted in, provide support and improve our services.
4. Legal basis
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent, the performance of the contract between us, the fulfilment of legal obligations and Corvexiqa's legitimate interest in operating and improving the Platform.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above and, in any case, for the periods required by applicable regulations (UIF resolutions, CNV rules and tax provisions). Once those periods elapse, the data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Recipients and transfers
Your data may be shared with: technology providers (cloud, analytics, electronic signature) acting as data processors; financial entities involved in the projects; regulatory authorities (CNV, AFIP, UIF, BCRA) when legally required.
7. Data subject rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data by writing to privacidad@corvexiqa.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or unlawful processing, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and role-based access controls.
9. Changes to the policy
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or service changes. The version in force will always be published on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
