These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of corvexiqa.com and the services offered by Corvexiqa S.A.S., with legal address at Av. Corrientes 1234, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina (CUIT 30-71890456-2).
1. Purpose
Corvexiqa operates a digital collective financing platform under a real estate crowdlending model, intended to connect investors with development, construction or refurbishment projects of properties in the Argentine Republic.
2. Regulatory framework
The Platform operates under the applicable Argentine regulations, including Law No. 27,349 on the Support of Entrepreneurial Capital, the rules issued by the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the provisions of the Financial Information Unit (UIF) regarding the prevention of money laundering.
3. Registration and onboarding
In order to invest, the User must complete the registration process, accept these Terms, verify their identity (KYC) and complete the information required under regulatory compliance rules. Corvexiqa reserves the right to accept or reject applications.
4. Nature of the investment and risks
Investments made through the Platform do not constitute bank deposits and are not guaranteed by Corvexiqa. Their profitability depends on the success of the underlying project. The User declares that they understand and accept the inherent risks, including the risk of default, construction delays, macroeconomic conditions and partial or total loss of capital.
5. Fees
The fees applicable to each project are disclosed in advance and clearly in the project's information sheet. Corvexiqa does not charge hidden fees.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site (brand, logos, texts, images, code) is owned by Corvexiqa S.A.S. or its licensors. Reproduction, in whole or in part, without express authorisation is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
Corvexiqa shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use of the site, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The information published is for informational purposes only and does not constitute personalised investment advice.
8. Amendments
Corvexiqa may amend these Terms at any time. The version in force will be published on this page with its date of update. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the version then in force.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy shall be submitted to the Ordinary National Courts seated in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the parties waiving any other jurisdiction.
